RS6 C5 LO650 Upgrade Sport Turbochargers
We utilize a pair of brand new factory BorgWarner KO4 RS6 turbochargers and optimize with 5-Axis CNC, modifying the compressor housing and inner surface for optimum flow, then 5-axis CNC machine to modify the turbine housing to reduce exhaust gas back pressure and maximize throughput.
These turbochargers use larger billet aluminuim compressor wheels, these compressors offer much greater strengh and durabilty over cast compressors and are upto 20% lighter than original used cast items, resulting in faster spool with more airmass. We 5-axis CNC machine the RS6 turbine housings, enlarging the inlet dia at the turbine manifold entry flange, to reduce exhaust gas back pressure, reduce turbulence and heat build up and maximize throughput of gas before the turbine to increase flow capacity, a process often missed by competitors due to time/costs. We also CNC machine the housings to accept the largest possible clipped turbine wheel to increase the mid-range and top-end power.
We fit a LOBA reinforced axial bearings and both single parts are precision balanced to less than 0.05 gmm, and then together to far higher standards then OE. The result is very best compromise between power output, longevity and turbo response. LO650 delivers powerful, refined consistent durable performance.

Depending on engine management settings, engine condition and other components utilized these turbos are capable of producing upto 650 PS. LOBA LO650 Turbochargers ft as OEM turbochargers, no modifactions needed.
